The New Patented Aliscaff Window Cill / Balcony Scaffold
Designed to give access to the outside of those “awkward windows” (casement or sash) where their location would require substantial access scaffolding from the ground or where access would otherwise be via a pavement scaffold with the complications of local authority permission, special insurance etc. With optional extras of 2 adjustable legs with angled pad feet, the unit will cater for dormer window applications. The unit without additional padding will accommodate a wall thickness of 125mm to 450mm. The screw jacks are infinitely adjustable over their 350mm range and have a patented rapid adjustment device.
The platform is adjustable in length from 1.83m to 3m (6’ to 10’) with 750mm adjustment in height, the cill clamp has 500mm of adjustment

The unit is quickly assembled from within the room and access is from a window. It is fully guardrailed & toeboarded before you step onto it. The system complies fully with the C(HS+W) Regs 1996 requirements and has a SWL of 150KG. The Cill-Scaff gives access to the outside of the window, the guttering and the sofit

- The Handrail Completion Unit is used when one end of the unit extends beyond the wall in which the window is situated.
- The Adjustable leg with Angle Plate is used for dormer window applications.
- The window Frame Jack is used on the rare occasions when the screwjack cannot be tightened sufficiently to retain the unit securely.
